Q: How does a consultation call differ from using Live Chat?

You can book a dedicated 30-minute phone call where we can spend time advising you and exploring alternative products etc at a time that suits you. We can of course help via Live Chat too but a planned phone call might be better suited to more complex or multiple questions.

Q: How soon can I book a slot?

You can book a slot 24 hours in advance, Wednesdays and Thursdays where available (last appointment is 4pm) up to 30 days in advance!

Q: What do I need to do before my consultation call?

If you have any information, measurements, a wishlist, photos or a quote to discuss please have these ready to share or email it over in advance.

Q: Can I choose who to speak to from the team?

Not at this time – but everyone on the team is dedicated and bathroom-obsessed so will be able to answer any questions you have.

What kind of help can I get on a consultation call?

Essentially we offer a free personal shopping service! We’ve helped many customers with the following: choosing compatible products including accessories and installation parts, answering technical questions about our products and their installation, advice on bathroom layout and any limitations, recommending products according to a specific budget or style, advising on stock levels or lead times.

We do also offer bookable after sales consultation calls for those more complex enquiries after you’ve placed your order or had your products delivered. Live Chat is also available for an immediate response however if your enquiry is urgent.

*The fee is refundable with a minimum spend with Drench: £350 for The Snapshot, £1000 for The Big Picture.
