Can I choose a delivery slot?
When checking out on our website, you may be offered next day, weekend and morning delivery services (depending on what is being ordered and where it’s being delivered to).
Deliveries of small (S) and medium (M) items are usually delivered by DHL Parcel UK, Royal Mail or Evri. These couriers will send you SMS/email updates (including a 1-hour delivery slot), and will allow you to re-arrange with them directly if the delivery time isn’t suitable.
Deliveries of large (L) and extra large (XL) items are usually delivered by either BJS, Violet Logistics or Fortec. Our specialist delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery (either by email, SMS or telephone call), and it is normally possible to arrange an alternative delivery window with them directly. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may vary on the day due to factors outside of our control.
