How do I register a guarantee?

Many of the products we sell include a guarantee (or warranty) provided by the brand in question, typically for a period of time ranging from a few years through to 'lifetime'. 

Brand warranties form a contract between the manufacturer and you as the end user. They will all have their own specific terms and conditions, as well as certain exclusions for 'wear and tear' components such as cartridges within taps or rubber seals within shower doors. Warranties do not replace your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act, or any other relevant legislation.

Information about a brand warranty will usually be detailed within documentation provided alongside the product and contained within the box. Alternatively it may be detailed on the brand's website. 

Some brands will require you to register your warranty shortly after purchase. The brand should tell you if this is necessary and provide details of how to do so. We strongly advise that you check and read all documentation provided with the items you order from us. As an example, Crosswater requires you to register your guarantee to receive an extended warranty period, and you can do this on their guarantee registration page.
